By leveraging the intersectionality of biomimicry and neurobiophilia on the one hand, and emotional intelligence and leadership on the other, Biomimetic Leadership teaches leaders how to imbed empathy, resilience, adaptability and sustainability in both their leadership and the organization… all while deepening their relationship and interdependence with the natural world.
